Whipped this up a while ago to be a little more user friendly then most lists. Each category has a drop down menu which can be used to filter results. In a few seconds I found the power you were looking for was the Instantaneous Transformation power from Archons and Templars Page 143.
The Vicisssitude one though, never seen anything like that and I scoured as many books as I could find for these power. I'm thinking either it was very, very obscure or a fan power. For ease of use Red text indicates an either/or power requirement, regular black text is just a requirement and Green text is an optional requirement for expanded effects.Edit: Seems I may have missed some from the Counsel of Primogen book, odd though, never really seen any of the powers listed on most of the Combo Discipline lists I've seen online, in fact Baron Samedi's list above is the first time I've seen them at all.

The Vicisssitude one though, never seen anything like that and I scoured as many books as I could find for these power. I'm thinking either it was very, very obscure or a fan power.Even Vicissitude 1 'Malleable Visage' can add or subtract a foot of height, so if you're something like 5'5, then you could add a foot to be 6'5 (Huge Size is 6'10', but you're close), or down to 4'5, (Short is at 4'6'). So if you add in either the Merit that lets you used the discipline on yourself without action (Players Guide to the High Clans), or the Combo Discipline power in Archons and Templars (Flesh of Wind and Water), then you get what I was thinking of.So, both of the things I was thinking of were in the same book.Though I could have sworn there was some way of increasing that size potential. That's a special kind of interesting. The last combo discipline in that book is a mix of a discipline and an ability, instead of two disciplines.@ ctuncks: if you happen to make an updates to your spreadsheet, let me know.
That is an amazing list you've compiled, and works very very well.Thankyou, I do intend to update it now I've seen there's at least two books I missed some stuff out of and part of the whole reason I made it in the first place was to be easy to use. Most of the online lists like the one Baron Samedi listed can be a bit difficult to read and always seem to be missing what I consider key information. (What the powers do and where they can be found is usually the biggest issue.)But even for the more complete lists it's just too much of a huge info dump to easily process, which is why I really like that excel let me use the drop down menus to sort them =P.Also there are some odd powers, Halo of Steel from Road of Heaven uses Willpower 6+ and Fortitude 3.
